Welcome to the Mentor and Induction Program.

The mentoring program in the Canton Public Schools provides support, encouragement, and guidance to educators new to our schools. The work of our mentors, who use an approach that is both non-judgmental and collegial, is critical to ensuring a successful first year in Canton for our newest colleagues.
