How the rental process works

The organization that would like to rent CPS facilities creates an online account.

The organization completes an online request for each event.  There may be a single date or multiple dates for the same activity. For example, a scout meeting that takes place every Monday and Wednesday from September 1 through June 1 is considered a single event.

District staff notify the event contact person via email about approval or denial for the requested date and location. If requested location and date had already been booked, district staff will notify the contact person and will attempt to find an alternate date or location.

The District will send an invoice (if applicable) after the event to the billing address in the organization’s account profile.  Payment is due within 30 days.

24-hour notice required

Let us know ahead of time!
It makes life easier for everyone.

Please notify the Business Office at least 24 hours before any event of changes or cancellations. Failure to provide this advance notice will result in a charge equal to two hours x 1.5 of the established custodial fee, plus a 10% administrative surcharge.
