Dear Parents/Guardians and Canton Public School Staff:

The Technology and Digital Learning Team will be holding the last Chromebook deployment to staff and students, tomorrow, Tuesday, March 24th from 10 am to 12 pm.  If you have not done so already, please email cpstechhelp@cantonma.org if you still need a Chromebook.  Please include your student’s first and last name or please indicate if you are a staff member.  Please understand that is important for us to get a device into the hands of students whose families need them most.

We need your help making our distribution of Chromebooks for students safe and efficient.  As communicated above, the distribution will take place at Canton High School tomorrow, Tuesday, March 24th from 10 am to 12 pm via a “rolling pickup.”  Please enter the loop (by the tennis courts) and follow it to the front of the main lobby at Canton High School.  Help us by doing the following:

Place a sign in the passenger side window of your vehicle with your student(s) name.  Please ensure that writing can be read from a distance.

• Pull up to the entrance of the school in the loop and pop open your trunk.  Do not exit your vehicle.  If you can’t pop your trunk automatically, when a staff person approaches your car with the Chromebook, open the door and the device will be passed to you.
• A staff member will place items in your trunk.  Items will have been disinfected. Staff members will be wearing gloves.
• A parent/guardian must accompany a student to obtain their Chromebook.  Students do not need to be present.

We are asking all parents/guardians to click here and agree to the terms of the School Closure Chromebook agreement.
