Dear Canton Public School Families and Staff:

In collaboration with the Canton School Committee, the decision has been made to close schools beginning tomorrow, Friday, March 13, 2020, through Friday, March 20, 2020.  Our plan at this time is that schools will reopen on Monday, March 23, 2020.    

At this time, there are no confirmed or presumptive cases of the COVID-19 in Canton.  

The decision to close schools is a cautious and proactive measure with student and staff health and safety as our highest priority.

All building administrators will be present in buildings from 8-10am and 12-2pm on Friday, March 13, 2020 so that any student and/or staff member who would like to retrieve any personal belongings may do so. 

I will provide you with any further updates as information becomes available.
