CHS Teacher, Guidance

We should all be well aware of the community service that is required of us. However, it should never feel like a responsibility or obligation, but more like a privilege. We should take pride in knowing that we have helped make a positive impact on someone’s life. Community service is an opportunity to make a difference in the world around us. In the words of Leo Buscaglia, ‘Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
