Community involvement in the process

The Luce parent/guardian community and the Luce staff each participated in two discussions with Search Commitee Co-Chairs Superntedent Fischer-Mueller and Assistant Superintendent Kinsella. The conversations were focused on soliciting input about the skills and experiences most desired in the next Luce Principal.

In addition, a survey was open to all Luce staff and families to share their thoughts about what was needed most in a new Principal. Results from both the conversations and the survey are informing a candidate profile that will guide the Search Committee's review of applications.
