Weekly Assignment

Dear Families,

We will be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Thursday, February 14^th.  The students will be exchanging valentines. Please make sure your child has a card for every member of our class. In addition, please send in an individual special snack for your child. This concept is called a “Party in a Bag!” This extra snack can be something salty or sweet, a drink, and a note from you! We will have our regular snack time in the morning and our “Party in a Bag” in the afternoon.

Weekly Assignment

February 11-15^th

 

 Math – Please complete enVision Math Reteaching & Practice Workbook page 10.5-10.8.  Turn in assignment on or before Friday.

 

Spelling – There is a Lesson 17 test (ling i, igh, y) on Friday, February 15^th.

 

ELA – Please complete “Luke Goes to Bat” packet and return it to school on or before Friday. 

 

History – Please review the Wax Museum handout. The project is due to school on Thursday, February 28^th  We will begin gathering research at school this week. Keep your  eyes out for rough drafts, timelines, and images.  This is a shared project between school and home.

 

Save the date – Parents are welcome to Ms. Walsh’s Wax Museum on Friday, March 1^st at 2:10!
