| Upfront is a magazine published by the New York
Times that focuses on current events and issues that effect high school
students. It is awesome! We receive one each month. They
investigate things that teenagers are interested in and can
understand. I particularly like the number of articles that relate
to the U.S. Constitution and how it effects high school students in their
daily. We often use it as a springboard to a class discussion.
It is quickly becoming as major focus in the U.S. History course but all
of my classes look at the issues raised. |
