Danny Erickson is in his 15th year as CHS Head Boys’ Soccer Coach. During his tenure the team has qualified for 10 state tournament bids including 9 of the past 11 seasons. 2006 and 1997 Hock Championships and trips to the South Sectional Final in 2007 and 2002 highlight the team's accomplishments during Erickson's tenure.  A 1989 graduate of CHS, Erickson played two years of soccer for the St. Anselm Hawks before transferring to Stonehill College.  He received Eastern Massachusetts Coach of the Year honors for the outstanding 2006 and 1997 seasons.  The team’s record under Erickson is 128-101-54.  He holds his NSCAA Advanced National Coaching diploma.   He has been a history teacher at CHS since 1995. He currently serves as the school's athletic director.  Thousands of Canton's young soccer players have gotten to know Erickson at Canton Soccer School, his annual summer soccer camp.
