  • The next round of MCAS testing will take place the week of May 19th.  The testing schedule for that week is as follows:

    • 10th Graders

      • Wednesday, May 21 - Mathematics Session 1

      • Thursday, May 22 - Mathematics Session 2

    • 11th Graders

      • Friday, May 23 - US History Sessions 1 & 2

  • AP Exams begin this week.  The schedule and room assignments are as follows:

    • Tuesday, May 6 - AP Computer Science - 8:00 am - Guidance Office

    • Wednesday, May 7 - AP Calculus - 8:00 am - Distance Learning Lab

    • Thursday, May 8 - AP English Literature - 8:00 am - 402

    • Friday, May 9 - AP US History - 8:00 am - Distance Learning Lab

    • Monday, May 12 - AP Biology - 8:00 am - Distance Learning Lab

    • Monday, May 12 - AP Physics - 12:00 pm - Distance Learning Lab

  • Students in all grades are encouraged to see their counselor to receive a Naviance registration code.  Naviance is a web-based software program available to students featuring many college and career planning tools. 

  • JUNIORS: Students have until May 6th to register for the June 7th SAT tests.  Late registration is open until May 15th.  The June test is not offered at Canton High School.  You may register online at www.collegeboard.com.

  • JUNIORS: Students wishing to take the June 14th ACT exam may register online at www.actstudent.org by May 9th.  Late registration is open until May 23rd.  The closest eastern Massachusetts test centers are Brockton High School, Bridgewater State College, Brookline High School, or Waltham High School.

  • SOPHOMORES and JUNIORS: See the "Internships" link under "Careers" above to learn about interesting internship opportunities available through The Education Cooperative (TEC).  TEC is available to help arrange internship experiences in a variety of settings.

  • SOPHOMORES and JUNIORS: Through their Summer World Class Program, the Education Cooperative (TEC) offers students an opportunity to explore topics in courses that may not be provided in their schools’ curricula. TEC World Class courses enable students to explore topics that may spark their interests and help them develop their talents.
